Welcome to Bryanston Primary School

Bryanston Primary School is an English-medium primary school located in the leafy heart of Bryanston, Johannesburg.  A public model C school, we cater for students in Grades 1 – 7, as well as a privately run Grade 0 on the school grounds.

The educators at Bryanston Primary School strive to implement the ethos of the school at every level. Our commitment to the learners has proven itself in the level of achievement attained by the learners in all academic, sport and cultural areas of the school.

Established in 1954, Bryanston Primary School has grown from a small four-classroom school to one that proudly provides excellence in education to all pupils, parents, staff and community.  At Bryanston Primary School we endeavour to educate learners and develop an educational plan around individual needs.  We encourage full participation in the life of the school and strive to instil high moral values in our learners.  We believe in nurturing self-respect, respect for others and pride in our property.

Learners at Bryanston Primary School are encouraged to participate in school and community projects.  We offer a wide variety of sports, cultural and academic activities for learners.   As a school we also know that it is only in giving our best and not expecting anything in return that we truly prosper as individuals, a school and as a community. We distinguish ourselves by supporting and giving to those that are in need in our school community and those in our local community.

We trust you will find within these pages a remarkable school that offers everything a private school can. Thank you for taking the time to visit our school.
